Aurora! I think I got into the slum!!!I got sick because of the swollen tonsils. And I found out that I was giving excuses to my sick for not being able to study.... I so slumsy and weak as kitten physial and mentally. I really want some your advice..seeing that you are always energetic and powerful.

I didn\'t know that you\'re going through that. I\'m glad you told me about it. Sickness and the feeling of being too tired to do any studying is your body and mind\'s way of telling you that you\'re exhausted and over fatigued. You cannot force information into you if you\'re in that condition. Take a break from studying even for just one day. Go somewhere relaxing and quiet or do something where you will forget about your studies for a while. Ride a roller coaster and scream as loud as you can. What I do when I\'m feeling the same way as you do is I either play tennis and hit the ball as strong as I can to release all the tension and frustration I\'m feeling. Sometimes I dance and I dance like I\'ve never danced before. This is how I let go of all the stress and deal with with my problems. Find out what works out for you more but don\'t do it for too long. You always need to go back and face your responsibilities as a student. Always remember that there\'s no other way out from a problem or a bad situation but to deal with it head on. You can\'t run away from it. So after you\'ve released all the tension, go back to your studies. ^^ Hopefully by that time you\'d be prepared mentally to absorb more information.
