I take a nap very often.
I am not trying to take a nap because I get a headache.
Nap shows a different effect on each person.
It`s very nice to be able to get a good night`s sleep.
After suffering from insomnia, I realized how important sleep is.
When I have a lot of work to do, I sleep too much.
Rather, I can`t sleep because I`m free.
I don`t understand and fun.
