neck disk

One of my cowokers got neck disk. She needs to have surgery so she will not work during a month. In Korea, neck disk is the main disease to teachers. Because there is computer in the desk so teachers have to fold their neck to watch computer screen. She gave me some advice that I have to often move my neck up and down.
