Neighbors

In my opinion, I hope my neighbors have manners. I think everyone wants that. For example, our family never smoke. But some neighbors smoke in their bathrooms. So, cigarette smoke comes my home. It is very rude. And it is the root of comflict with neighbors. So I think manners is based on good neighbors.
