Hi Elly, Thanks for your help. I work for Extreme Network which provides Networking devices for the Internet. I have been working for 2 years. I joined here on 2017. My role is to support customers who have some problems occuring from the use of our products. Although I got a asking of american customer somtimes, most customers are Asian Pacific . As I aleady mentioned, Because my company and customers are internatinoal, I have to use English. That\'s why I study English. Almost works are to writte emails to customers. and reading documents for products. Most Worring to me is conference call with collegue or customer in order to discuss issues facing customers. Last September, I took the IELTS test for the first time. my score was Listening 4.0, Reading 4.5, Writting 5.0, speaking 4.5. To have a such my job with these poor score because God help me. Anyway, It was nice first time with you. And I hope My English skill will be better high and you have a lot of good luck.
