I designed and planned with a concept, "No mill, no meal." As I know, the proverb means that there is no use without a final important work or a process in any situation. Is it correct? And also I explained my design with it's meaning as following a paragraph. No mill, no meal. After being lost a function of inner harbor facilities, the city just has residence, business district, office and cultural area without interconnection each other. I plan and design creative environment through flow of nature, people and business, as a result, the city will become exciting and energetic water front urban area. is it's logic correct or did I misunderstand the saying?
