In actual, I don\'t understand the implicated meaning of this sentence. Applicating to my experience, after most case of my traveling, when I got back home, I feel so relaxed like heaven. So I something regret to travel, because It takes time to plan, costs money, spend lots of energy.
If the sentence means that the completion of traveling is including safely getting back home and reminding the traveling, then.. I can understand the meaning by like the similar case of meaning like the completion of good dinner is including washing dishes and the completion of love is including saying goodbye.
