Traffic laws have been made to prevent accident which is included speed limit, wearing safety belt and not to use smart phone while people are driving. Our government has changed speed limit on the road from 60km to 50km due to increasing a number of accident but I don\'t think that it is the best way to reduce traffic accident because people don\'t follow regulation even if, it is school zone.
