Today, my company noticed promotion. Because I was promoted lastyear, I'll wait for 2 years to promote.so, I'm not intrest in it. However, some collleagues are promoted or failed. Especially, my senior officer who wasn't promoted to director failed again today. I have been working with him over 5 years. I like him as my senior officer. so I feel very sorry for him,
