Hi.There.^_^ Teacher Lara. I listened to our talked a moment ago. I guess, i'm half asleep. I'm active when i studied with T.Verna. But I guess I'll probably wake up from your call.-_- And have you ever had lower body bathing. I always enjoy it every weekend. The reason why i did it. When I was young. I was a serious allergy cold. I was continuously hard to fight disease. I went to famous hospital and met alot of doctors. But they said. It can't get well. Uou should adapt your disease. I was dissappointed about medicine. But It was suffered all day. I guess probably I was changed my personality because of the disease. When i was in high school. I'm flapping channel. I watched Medicine channel by chance. The doctors explained. Lower body bathing. He said. The action that to sweat ,besides It ll increasely be pulmonary function. so I have been doing for Seven years.And i haven't caught a cold since i do it. If you have a chance to do, I recommend it
