The recruitment conditions have changed tremendously since robots and modern devices used at work. The manual workers who don\'t have professional skill have fired from the company and these machines have done human\'s work. There are a lot of platform companies these days and customers feel convenient use their services. However, those have created a lot of part time jobs which are not guaranteed worker\'s basic welfare such as national pension and health insurance. The platform works have been suffering from the unreasonable working conditions. In addition, these companies have threaten existing businesses so many workers have had concerns if they would be fired. This phenomenon can\'t be avoided, so my ideas to solve problems are providing free education and make them get trained in specific areas. I believe that robots can\'t substitute human\'s work and there are still jobs for us. So, people need to prepare our future although, what will be changed.
