Koreans were workaholic before when our country was the development country. We tried to escape from the poverty and wanted to not to skip every meals, so our ancestors worked and worked until late night. We still have a lot of people who work late. Some people think if employees stay at work late, they have right attitude. If not, people think that they aren\\\'t enthusiastic and passionate. In public officer groups, these phenomenon is more serious. Juniors can\\\'t leave the office until seniors go home even if they don\\\'t have anything to do. They just pretend to do something. However, people who were born in 1990s have been changed a lot in business culture. They have a strong belief and know expressing their opinions to everyone.
