One thing that you want to change about your work day

We normally work eight hours a day and If I could, I would like to allot at least half an hour a day to all employees for their study or training for various subjects that are not directly tied to their jobs.In most cases, we cannot find time to get ourselves deeply involved in researching or studying a particular subject due to busy daily works. Spending 30 minutes a day for training would greatly help an employee to broaden his/her knowledge and further develop his/her career. A great company often invests quite a large amount of money and time to offer its employees various training and development opportunities, which would be eventually brining a high return for the company by enhancing its employees’skills and knowledge. There is no doubt that it is beneficial to the company and essential for the performance and sustainability of the company. While a bad company tends to use up its existing resources without investing in its people and complain about its employees incompetency
