can you ask me a question during our class? most of guests ask me that "you are the transit hotel so i just stop over korea for couple of hour. i will come to korea by korean airline but i have to get on a delta airline for transfer. do i have to get out and pick up my luggage? can i come back to duty free area? do you understand that situation????? because my manager interpreted foreigners' talks into korean. i just listen to that situation in english in person through you. because i can not always understand listening at the frontdesk . i have to practice plz can you talk to me in english as our hotel guest?
