Overgeneralization makes gender an issue

Before an intense controversy, it is necessary to define what \"equal\" means. Of course, equality does not mean exact sameness. Also needless to say, men and women are not same.
The core problem in sexual equality issue is \"overgeneralization.\" Some people have several biases on women\'s abilities. For example, some people doubt women\'s physical strength because women are physically weaker than men in general. Therefore, they argue that women should not be police or any other jobs require physical strength. What they overgeneralized is that some women are stronger than most men. On the other hand, some people require unconditional equality which hardly differs from \"exact sameness.\" They overgeneralized that some women just are not talented in some masculine areas. Regardless of gender, someone who are not talented in a certain area cannot help but to have difficulties to go through it. We should give everyone opportunities and should not give them any privileges based on the gender.
