I had several chances to learn about corporation tax and personal income taxes of China by participating in some seminars, but little did I know of the development status of China's partnership system through long discussion and various regulations. I especially appreciate your systematic paper on the history and specific laws and ordinances of China's partnership, which I've never learned about. And I think this can be the first paper on the Chinese partnership taxation system introduced in Korea. In this regard, your treatise has its great significance.
