I think I wrote essay about this subject if I did not misremember!

I think that extroverts seem better leader.

Because, extroverts can easily be close with team members, make teamwork and have good, wide relationship with people who may be helpful someday.

But I don\'t agree with opinion that introverts are just always worse leader than extroverts.

Introverts have strengths in their own way which extroverts don\'t have.
