Plant life in the desert

Taklimakan Desert.

I would like to talk about the Taklimakan desert today.

 Taklimakan desert where is second in size only to Africa’s Sahara Desert occupies huge amount of square of northwestern China. 

>> Taklimakan desert is the second largest desert next to Africa\'s Sahara Desert and it occupies a huge portion in the North West of China
 It’s area is almost similar to the size of Finland.

 Sparse rainfall, violent sandstorms make it one of the most extreme environments on earth.

 Even though the extremly barren condition, there are divers plant forms that not only have adapted to the harsh conditions but actually thrive there.

 Successful desert plants are resilient to scorching summers and frigid winters, drought, and high-salt conditions.

The main principal defense against there environment is the minimizing moisture loss and the drawing in as much water as possible.

 Although desert plants have adapted for their own survival, they also help protect their ecosystem by stabilizing sand dunes, preventing erosion, presenting a barrier to sandstorms, and conserving biodiversity.
