What kind of person do you want to be at work? It may be a natural answer, but I want to be a very necessary person. The greater the difficulty, the greater the sense of achievement, the more addictive it is. And this repetition of achievement makes a good asset to the organization, vitalizes the organization. And It makes each individuals to find meaning and value of work.
