1. what is your motivation of appliying for the position of an assitance teacher?

English is an essential requirement for the adavance to the Era of globalization and also, Many companies in korea want candidates to have a high score in a test of Enlish such as TOEIC, Toefil and Opic. but many students are afraid of English and they are boring to learn English.(How can I simplify this sentence?) So I want to help them interested in English and help them have a confidence in coping with a native speaker.(likewise)

Also, many companies in Korea want candidates to have a high score in English tests such as TOEIC, TOEFL and OPIC but most Korean students are not confident to take those tests, so I would like to be an assistant teacher to help them to have confidence and to learn how to love the English language.  

2. How will you help the students attending this camp?

I will act as a bridge between a native speaker teacher and the students. No matter how much they have passion, I think they can have a difficulty with communicating each other. at that time, I will help the class be operated efficiently by mediating it.
