I totally agree that prevention is better than cure. There is a saying in Korea that health should be maintained while healthy. Most people keep their check-up every year. If someone get a severe illness, many time and much efforts needed to recover again. To prevent an illness, people keep their body and mind in the best shape with steady efforts.
