problem of delivery schedule

I had a problem for my business at last week. It's to be advanced more for delivery of ocean freight. The supplier in USA did not keep appointment of original schedule with me. They said that is due to holidays of the end of year. The delivery will be arrived more late about 2 weeks. My customer in Korea have to accept it. I have nothing to do. I hope to be not happened this case in the future.
