You just graduated from college and started your first job at a company. In your first few weeks, you noticed that a coworker named Bob was being left out of team meetings and social events. Some of your teammates either made jokes about him or ignored him completely. During one team meeting, Bob shared a great idea, but the team shot it down. What steps would you take to help Bob and stop the discrimination in your workplace?
If I was in this situation,I would talk with team members about why they’re ostracizing Bob and how it creates negative impact to company. And make people listen to good opinions not based on there own discrimination.So that we can make inclusive mood later
