Products will be better when they undergo a process. I think there are no process which is not useless. of course these are not perfect because It is evolving even now. It has been evolving from the early days. When we have a dissatisfaction about the quality of product, we want to find out and fix. the procedure like troubleshooting is the way to solve it. If some faults is found in the process, we can fix it and make better process. It makes final product get better. I just think up some ideas about process which is not useful to upgrade products. In many corporations, salary man have to squeeze their idea to improove the cycle of the production. in this case, the process have side effects, which harm a oranization, not develop the company
