Professionals like doctors, teachers and lawyers contribute equally to society with non-professional

I was thinking about this issue when I was the representative of our labor union. The member of labor union in our hospital consist of various professionals such as technicians, nurses, cleaners and administrations. They have their own professionals but the salary varies according to their jobs, educational status and careers. One day, one of the union members insisted that he had to get same salary like doctors because he thought that every employees are equal. I could understand a little bit, what he said but it can be the thought of communism. If all employees are treated equal, nobody would do their best. Many people don\'t want to try to improve themselves and there will be a lot of people who don\'t have jobs. I think our world works like zero sum game. In democratic country, the most important things is how to distribute our total assets. All occupation is equally honorable but if we don\'t prioritize each jobs, we might have the shortage of some occupation. So, jobs which nobody
