Question - \'you guys\' in English

hi Beth, I have a question.
- During my work, I usually use \'you guys\' wording, when I need to call some multiple people in one word. (either in e-mail and verbal communication)
Q1) Is this polite-enough wording for senior managers as well? For example, if I have a meeting with higher-ups, can I call them \'you guys\'? If not, what will be more polite/right wording?
Q2) What about for female colleagues? is it OK enough with \'you guys\', or is there any better wording? I once heard that some person prefers to use \'you all\' instead of \'you guys\', but I couldn\'t hear this so far in my English communications in my carrer.
Q3) In case of mine, my direct supervisor is lady, and her supervisor is also lady. So, sometimes I call them \'you ladies\' instead of \'you guys\'. How do you feel about this \'you ladies\' wording? (not natural or OK to hear?)
