I continued my professional development by participating in conferences. This year, I acquired NCLEX-RN to become a nurse in America. I will continue to study because I want to have more knowledge and expertise in my field. After a long experience of working as a nurse, I acquired effective communication skills and counseling experiences. I learned that to be a good communicator, one has to be a great listener first. I just listen to them and make a feedback about they're saying so they know I understand them. I believe that my previous employer would recommend me because I was one of their best employees and I worked with critical thinking, honesty and industriousness.
