1) during my work, sometimes I need to send an email to leadership to get their approval for something. In that case, usually I start my email like below. Hope to get your guidance; what is nature English sentence to start this approval request email. Hi, Mike (cc Charley...) I’m sending this email to get leadership’s formal approval/guidance to address xxx.... 2) I\'d like to know the nuance gap between \'reject\' and \'refuse\'.
