Quit a job.

The sound relationship with an employer is one of the crucial factors that affect one\'s job satisfaction, especially when it comes to the cases with relatively small number of employees. In general, if you belong to a large company or organization, it is unlikely to meet your boss as frequent as people working for a small one. In this respect, the mismatch of my values with the employer\'s doesn\'t matter regarding whether to continue this job or not since there are not many chances to communicate with each other. However, when it comes to the small-sized businesses, which are thriving nowadays, you may don\'t want to have a person breathing down your neck nearby. The lack of respect to your own way of working, which do not hamper the overall process at all, could be the main reason for you to quit a job. It may sound unwise to resign a position just because of the relationship problem while having no alternatives, however, it would be way better than to end up with mental disorders.
