Reading Problems

These days, I am trying to read books in English. I heard that the reading many good books is very good for improving English skill. However, It's not easy to read because of the words which I don't know. Do I need to look up the dictionary everytime? It takes too long time, and I forget the story as I looked up the dictionary. I want to know about how to read a book with unknown words.
