During master degree, I experiment on semiconductor process using ALD and PECVD. As I have come into contact with various semiconductor equipment through semiconductor process, I have found that there are optimum process recipe for each equipment. Not only Semiconductor equipment is also important in this process, but also I think it is important to find the optimum process recipe in order to maximize of each equipment.
