Reason to apply for AMK-2

I consider this as my weakness, once a goal/task has been set up for me. I tend to focus on that particular task only. During the process, when I pay attention to small parts, I may miss the biggest part or the main issue/problem.

[Strengths: Focused]

To make up for these weakness, I make a note called \'self-checking list\'. when I get to the goal, it schedules and records even the trivial content. I have been able to focus on the goals while checking the details and weekly schedules and periodically checking the final goals and situation. If I miss mistake. I made crosschecking with my colleagues. This effort has resulted in a change in my weak points of simple to strength.
