I think we should make more efforts to reduce food waste. In our country we have reduced food waste by implementing a volume rate garbage disposal system. Some restaurants impose some fine for much leftover to decrease their food waste. Some houses install a food waste grinder. As for me I use food waste as natural fertilizer in my garden.
