Regular checkup.

I had a regular check up a couple of months ago. and I got a result of it. There has been some changes on my health. Suprisingly the level of cholesterol decreased by half compared with the one of last year. So I think it has worked. Even though I didn't do exercise at all, My body got better. That result made me have confidence that my diet therapy was good. I am expecting next year's result.
