renovation

We needed to change the whole iron balustrades of balconies of my house which the bases were rotten. In addition we decided to have the roof and wall mended this time together. We charged Mr. [이름], who is an available man for renovating, to do all of these jobs. He came the day before yesterday with his two assistant workers. They had started to scratch those old paints off and brushed the waterproof chemicals onto the cracks first, and they were waiting for a while until those spots covered with waterproof paint would dry enough up to finishing paint over them. The workers removed all the balustrades to replace with the wooden ones. It is so hot today that I frequently have to provide them with cold beverage and snacks.
