Request about the correction of my presentation

It has been a long time to write down something in this 'Home work' I would like to ask you to review part of my presentaion which will be given to Thailand court IT officers' delegation next Monday. I am sorry that such a request might be compatible to the object of this board. Part of my presentation that I'm asking is as follows. 1. All government bodies(Defendants) should submit litigation documents through E-court system. 2. An agreement of a plaintiff is required in order to judge a case through E-court system. 3. SAC(Seoul Administrative Court) recommends plaintiffs to agree on a trial by E-court system. 4. A plaintiff can file a lawsuit by uploading PDF files in E-court system. 5. When a plaintiff files a lawsuit by submitting written documents, SAC should electronize this documents into PDF files to prepare for eletronic litigations. Many cases that were nearly cold ones, because of distance between different levels of courts and many proceedings needed, then were solved on the bus. But this E-Court System is going to be much more efficient! There are going to be security issues, for sure, but somehow they can be managed with strict standard operating procedures.
