Actually, I'm always thinking about what to do if I resign or face the situation where getting employeed is no more a valid option to make a living for me. If I were given an opportunity to start off my own business, I would like to run the automobile service parts business. In Korea, as the number of imported vehicles continues to rise by almost 15% year on year, demand for service parts will increase, but currently supply is not enough to meet demand. Moreover, the most common and major complaints from import vehicles customers are the high parts price and the long delivery time. So, if I can supply parts much faster and at an affordable price, I believe I can win the completion. The downsides of the business are that it requires quite a large amount of initial investment and account receivable management will be a challenge because sales will take place mostly on credit due to the market practice. The next difficulty is how to secure regular customers.
