I am sad after this article, but that is true. There are inclulding many serious social issue in Korea. According to construction low, when the company builds an apartment comples, they have to build public-rental apartment a certain percentage. Actually some conflicts are happen between parents groups which live in. Even same district or same school, it is natural that they coexist students who living in expensive apartment and public retal apartments.
