Hi ^^ Did you have a good day? I felt very hard. But now I'm ok ^^ I believe that trust is the most important thing in dealing with people. By assuming leadership in TOEIC Study, I learned not only how to lead by using synergy and found success by utilizing teammate’s strengths and minimizing their weaknesses but also improving my TOEIC score. With my leadership and progressive attitude, I gained my teammate’s trust which became a sound foundation to improve their TOEIC grade.
