sanitary food industry

I felt compelled to write this review after having pizza at Vicent's Diner. It was because I was disgusted by seeing the process the pizza was made. I cannot uderstand why the health department does not make any measure to close down the restaurant since I worked in the food industry for several years. One of employee smoked while making pizza. Ash of cigarette falled and was scattered. I just walked out because I insist on sanitary food handling whatever I eat.
