self reflection

I think the self-reflection is a good way to reflect upon myself. A long time ago,I thought that I'll trying to do the self- reflection before go to bed. But, I forgot just go to bed. Probably I was very tired. Actually, I don't do the self-reflection. Because, I don't feel like needing the self-reflection. When I become an old lady, I might do the self-reflection.
