Korean society is very closed from other cultures and it proves the fact that over 90percent of Koreans had never met foreigners in 2009. Nowadays, daughters in law who are from other countries are having a hard time living in a Korean society since their Korean family doesn't understand their culture and even know how to deal with cultural differences. Meanwhile, as technology is developing, nations are getting close. So, respecting other cultures and admitting cultural differences is very important in terms of economic, business, diplomatic, and even daily life. For example, in middle east, they write rignt to left, which is differenct from most of the other conturies. So, if you want to advertise something in those areas, you should make sure you write in a correct order.
