Should being rude be made a crime?

I do not agree with this statement. There are two reasons why.

The first reason is that it is fair.

If somebody treat me rudely, I do not need to behave kindly since the person is not qulitified to do so.

The second reason is that it is innate to people.

If people\'s feeling is not good, I think they can behave rudely.

>> If people don\'t feel good, I think, they can behave rudely.
As result, I do not agree with the question for this reasons.
