Should cell phones not be allowed in schools?

Not really, I don\'t think it needs. Whether to ban u[이름]g cell phones or not, they should find an way to use it so that most of students will do it. So, I believe it doesn\'t need. In other cases, during examination period, it should not be allowed for fairness, even if smart watches too. In South Korea, most of national exams have been doing by now. :)
