Should children be allowed to use social networking sites?

Well, I believe it\'s a half and half to use social networking sites. I have to keep in touch with friends who are from other countries because I thought it doesn\'t need to use it before coming to Australia. And, if my children want to use social networking sites, I will mind to do it about spam mail, advertisements of an adult, and Voice phishing. It\'s a good way to make many friends. But, I will consider it as those things.
