It couldn’t be better if employers do set aside time for their employees to exercise during working hours. Even these days, there are some employees who have a quick lunch and do exercise for the rest of their lunch time. Many manufacturing companies are making a rule to have a formation before staring work in the morning and make their production workers stretch their bodies for about 5 to 10 minutes. This practice has originated from Japanese’s’ companies. Our bodies are not awake fully in the morning, so it would help them be ready for physical work. There are also many companies that operate in-house fitness facilities or gyms for their employees, so they can exercise before staring or after work or even during lunch time. However, the most important thing is employees’ will to exercise. It doesn’t matter how good programs companies offer. Unless employees engage and participate in such programs enthusiastically, they won’t result in any desirable effects.

Good afternoon Sir [이름]!

How are you today?

It is really nice if workers can exercise whenever they want to.

It is a good way for them to relieve their stress.

How about you? How often do you exercise?

Tell me about in class.
