I think we don't need to choice one of two opposing sides of an issue. All the issues are not clearly divided into both sides. In the pro-con debate, we have to choice one of two opposing sides of an issue. However in business we have to open our mind to other sides. We need to stay neutral. But if no one take one side of the issue, maybe that discussions are not closed. we have to take our own thought that can be changed by the result of the discussion. But if you believe that is really truth, we have to try to persuade other people.
