Should people get plastic surgery to make themselves have a better self-image? Why?

I heard that many people are satisfied with their physical appearance and have self confidence after getting plastic surgery if it is successful. However, some people have been suffering from side effect. Plastic surgery has potential risk that might cause serious problem such as human death or permanent disability. I can under why people would like to get plastic surgery. Some people think that they don\'t have their partner because they are not attractive, especially their physical appearance. Plastic surgery definitely have many positive effect for people who are not satisfied with their appearance if there is no side effect. Most people are attracted to someone who is beautiful or handsome.On the other hand, people can be attracted to someone who is good at something, have something that he/she likes such as attractive voice. So, I think we would better improving our strengths. That will help people have a better self-image.
