Should rich people and corporations be forced to give to charity? Why or why not?

Because a person who have a lot of thing must share their own to the poor. If It is, the world must be rich and beautiful. Second I also think the charity wasn't forced anyother. So if I only saw the qestion, I can say "Rich people and corporations shouldn't be forced to give to charity." The best way is the rich people and corporations give to charity voluntarily. Though if they pursue other thing not a serve like a good image.
