Sleep is an indispensable meaning of existence to me. Because I like to sleep. The reason why the body needs sleep is that people who have worked hard all day will find sleep first. Because our body is tired. Sleep is essential for the human body because the only time the body and brain can rest comfortably while being awake during the day is sleep.
